Beaconsfield Community Centre car park resurfacing | Beaconsfield
Project description
As part of the 2024-25 Car Park Resurfacing program, Council is upgrading the Beaconsfield Neighbourhood Centre car park.
Located at 8 – 18 O’Neil Road in Beaconsfield, the ageing car park surface is now in need of resurfacing. The existing asphalt surface of the car park is approximately 20 years old and has oxidized and spalling.
Works will include:
- Resurfacing the total 3,200sqm car parking area
- Line marking
- Establishment of accessible parking
Funding
This project is fully funded by Cardinia Shire Council.
Progress update
Resurfacing works are set to start in the coming weeks.
Construction expected to be completed by end of June 2025, conditions permitting.
Council has appointed R & C Asphalt Paving Pty Ltd as the contractor to complete works on its behalf.
Upcoming works
Overlaying works have been scheduled for Saturday 14 June 2025, and during this time, the car park will be partially closed.
Line marking night works are also for Sunday 15 June 2025
