Project description

Council has completed upgrade works the currently unsealed and unmarked section of Oxford Street in Lang Lang.

Oxford Street be upgraded from an unsealed and unmarked road into a dual lane access road with on street carparking and a shared footpath. As part of these works, Oxford Street was connected into Nellie Street, providing through-road access to traffic.

Works included:

• kerb and channel
• line marking
• lighting
• signage
• drainage improvement works
• landscaping

These road upgrades improve pedestrian and driver safety and access to services at the existing Lang Lang Bowls Club, and will also improve connectivity and access to other amenities and future developments around Lang Lang.

Council completed upgrade works on Oxford Street, Lang Lang in early 2025.
