Project description

The Officer Precinct Structure Plan outlines road and infrastructure upgrades to support the ongoing development around Officer, including several keys upgrades around Pink Hill Bouvelard.

Potential future upgrades may include:

• Pink Hill Blvd duplication (from O’Neil Road to the Pink Hill Hotel)
• Pink Hill Blvd extension from Beaconsfield to Officer
• Pink Hill Blvd and May Rd intersection roundabout
• Whiteside Rd and Pink Hill Blvd signalised intersection, Officer.

The Princes Hwy, Brunt Rd and Whiteside Rd intersection upgrade is required to be constructed prior to completing any works at Pink Hill Blvd. Once completed, Pink Hill Blvd will create an important east-west link from Officer to Beaconsfield.

Funding

Additional external funding is required to progress and deliver upgrades around Pink Hill Blvd in the future.
