Project description

Cardinia Business Park has completed the Greenhills/Precision Drive roundabout, and it is open to traffic.  

The second roundabout on Greenhills Road (Greenhills Road/Commercial Drive) is underway.  

The offline portion (southern half) is nearly complete and works on the northern side will start soon. There will be traffic management and detours in place while this is being constructed.

Funding

The project is jointly funded by Infrastructure Contributions though the Pakenham South ICP and the developer of the Cardinia Business Park. 

Timing

The developer anticipates construction completion in mid-2026

Progress update

Construction is continuing on the roundabout. Southern half is almost complete.

Northern half and tie-in works to start soon.
