Progress update

Construction is scheduled to start from Monday 3 June 2024.

Council has appointed Camlex Electrical Pty. Ltd as the contractor to complete these works on its behalf.

Construction is expected to be completed in August 2024, conditions permitting.

  • Once major construction is completed, the Bakery seating and sections of the road will be reopened to traffic.

Access

  • The seating located outside the front of Emerald Bakery will be temporarily closed while construction takes place.
  • The post boxes and post office will remain open and accessible.
