As part of Council’s playground renewal program, Puffing Billy Place Reserve has been selected as one of the locations to be renewed.
Project description
Puffing Billy Place Reserve in Emerald has been identified as a Township Park and requires a masterplan.
Council completed community consultation in late 2023 on how the community currently use this open space and what they would like to see included in the design.
Feedback has informed the development of a draft masterplan, that will be open for community consultation in April 2025.
Funding
Council has allocated funding for the preparation of the masterplan. Future implementation is subject to funding.
