Pepi’s Land BMX Track | Emerald
As part of Council’s BMX renewal program, Pepi’s Land BMX Track in Emerald will be renewed.
Upgrade works will include design and construct and will require community engagement on site and with stakeholders and local community groups including schools.
Project description
We asked the community for their feedback on the Pepi’s Land Bike Track upgrade project in September and October 2023.
Community feedback helped shape the track’s final design. The community’s preferences influenced the upgraded track features and improved useability of the area.
By upgrading the BMX track, we hope to see an increase in the use and enjoyment of this facility. This supports the wellbeing of our community, visitors to the BMX track, and the groups and sporting clubs who use the Pepi’s Land reserve and facilities.
Funding
This project is currently funded by Council.
Progress update
The upgrades are now complete at Pepi’s Land, and the track is open to the public.
